Returns
- Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of personalized products, returns or exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.
- Non-Personalized Items: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Non-Personalized Items: If you’re unsatisfied with your product, we offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Please return the original item before we produce the replacement. If the new item has a different value, we will process the difference through a money order or refund.
- Personalized Items: No exchanges are available for personalized products unless defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Refunds
- Personalized Items: A 30% restocking fee may apply if you cancel or return your order after production has started. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Sale Items: Items purchased with promo codes, coupon codes, or during sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges or store credits are available for these items.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Damaged or worn items will be returned to you. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
- Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. We will ship the correct item free of charge, and photo evidence may be required.
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged due to our error, we will replace it free of charge. Photo evidence may be required.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item’s value exceeds $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items are also non-returnable.
Requesting a Return
- Email support@mytikstar.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return (e.g., Size too big, Wrong color). We will respond within 2-5 business days with further instructions.
